To create an exclusive women's network, a sisterhood of powerful, women. These women would further the goals, aspirations, and relationships of Women around the World. To strive, inspire, empower and enhance the qualities of women so that we can travel the road of excellence in our work, personal relationships and community.

The Women of the Roundtable consist of women with Courage, Honor, Dignity, Courtesy, and Nobility. These women belong to a sisterhood of Love, Honor and Connection. The Women of the Roundtable believe in attaining the best that is within each other, to further the goals, aspirations, and relationships of Women around the World. The Women of the Roundtable strive to inspire, empower and enhance the qualities of women so that we can travel the road of excellence in our profession, personal relationships and community.

Company Goals and Objectives: Goals are destinations

• Provide members support and resources, and job business and/or opportunities.
• Provide members with information regarding business opportunities with the group, residual income opportunities, and up–to–date information regarding resources available for women
• Provide healthy, successful, motivational lectures, seminars, and women's symposium to sharpen the skills of the members.

Business Philosophy:

The Women of the Roundtable must keep their word to all the members and not be feeble of good believe and faith, help, support, and inspire one another. Should anyone require assistance, support, and guidance, The Women of the Roundtable will unit to assist the member in need.
